Quality Control

ISO 9001 certified. CE and CPSIA compliant. Quality isn't a checkpoint — it's built into every stage of our production process.

Our Approach

Quality at every stage — not just final inspection.

Many factories only inspect finished products. We inspect at five checkpoints across the production lifecycle. This catches defects early — when they're cheapest to fix and before they cascade into larger problems.

5

Quality checkpoints from raw material to final shipment

The QC Pipeline

Five checkpoints. Zero surprises.

Incoming Materials

Every fabric roll, zipper batch, plastic resin, and metal component is inspected against specification before entering production. We test for color consistency, tensile strength, and defect rate.

In-Process Inspection

QC inspectors patrol the production floor, checking seam quality, dimensional accuracy, and assembly alignment. Issues are flagged and corrected immediately — not discovered at the end of the line.

Pre-Finishing Audit

Before branding, packaging, or final assembly, products undergo a statistical sample audit. We use AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) sampling — typically AQL 2.5 for major defects, AQL 4.0 for minor.

Final Random Inspection

Post-packaging random sampling against the full order specification. We verify quantity, labeling, barcode accuracy, packaging integrity, and product functionality before releasing the shipment.

Loading Supervision

Our QC team supervises container loading to ensure proper stacking, palletization, and container sealing. Photographic documentation provided for every shipment.

Testing Standards

What we test — and how.

Test Category Standard / Method What It Verifies
Zipper durability 10,000-cycle open/close test Smooth operation over product lifetime — no snagging, separation, or slider failure
Seam strength ASTM D1683 (fabric seam slippage) Stitching holds under load — no seam separation at specified force
Color fastness ISO 105-B02 (light fastness); ISO 105-C06 (wash fastness) Colors don't fade with light exposure or washing
Material safety CPSIA sections 101 & 108; EN 71-3 Lead content ≤ 100 ppm, phthalates ≤ 0.1%, heavy metals within limits
Dimensional tolerance Internal: ±2 mm for soft goods, ±1 mm for molded parts Every unit matches the approved sample dimensions
Drop / impact 1m drop onto concrete (EVA/plastic cases) Hard-shell cases protect contents; no cracking or hinge failure
Solvent resistance 24-hour immersion (brush tools) Cleaning basins and washers withstand artist solvents without degradation
Load bearing Rated capacity + 50% safety margin (drying racks) Drying racks hold specified brush count without deflection or failure

Certifications

Third-party verified.

ISO

ISO 9001:2015
